WOMEN'S COACH.

Monday 23 May 2011

recently, I read an article about a man who still does not understand the rules that have been issued. regulations on public transport, which led to foreign parts for women to avoid certain things happen that are not desired. I strongly support this rule because I feel more secure and taken seriously. but still there are some men deliberately entered the women's coach. and there are more rude to let the women stand in their own coaches, while the man was sitting without feeling guilty. My male friends have said that there was among men that women are not accidentally enter the coaches because of race against time. but what about those who sit and let the women stand? There is also a courageous questioning why there are more women who enter into the ordinary coaches. this is women rights. they have their own reasons. probably because the women are using public transport with their families. The woman may not want to enter the women's coaches with their husbands. users need to understand this fact. these men are just looking for mistakes of these women so that they do not look guilty. I therefore urge women to defend our rights!

SENSITIVE SKIN

Products that contain natural ingredients will be better for your skin and less likely to cause a sensitive skin reaction. Try the following remedies for some special sensitive skin care.

  • Use almond or jojoba oil to cleanse your face.
  • Comfrey steeped in water can make a good toner.
  • Make a facial exfoliate by mixing grapefruit with oatmeal.
  • Make a face mask out of fruit.
  • Cucumber and yoghurt also makes a good face mask for sensitive skin.
  • Licorice is a good product for sensitive skin. Look for skin care products that contain licorice.
  • Green tea has anti-inflammatory properties, which may help prevent sensitive skin reactions.
  • Aloe Vera can soothe skin that is red, irritated and blotchy. Apply directly to the skin.
Even when using natural products, people with sensitive skin need to be careful. As some sensitive skin reactions are caused by allergies, even organic products may cause an adverse reaction in someone. Check every product on a small area of your skin first, and stop using a product if it seems to be triggering the symptoms associated with sensitive skin.

how to shave your pubic area for women

Women shaving their pubic hair is different than using the razor on legs or underarms. You need a bit more patience and care because of this sensitive zone and thicker hair type. While you might be able to get away with a 'hurry up and get it done job' with other areas, but not this one. Here we will show you how to get a close, safe shave while avoiding common problems like nicks and ingrown hairs.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 1/2 hour for women shaving their pubic hair

Here's How:

  1. Choose your shaving cream wisely. For this sensitive body zone be sure to get and use a good shaving cream or gel, using soap is definitely out. The Art of Shaving, Unscented Shaving Cream (compare prices) is phenomenal for getting a smooth shave, moisturizing skin and preventing ingrown hairs.
  2. Don’t skimp on your razor. Stay clear of the straight, cheap disposables or you'll be asking for cuts and nicks. Instead use a razor with a pivoting head and multiple blades to give you a smooth, close shave. My pick Schick Quattro for women (compare prices).
  3. Give a haircut. Trim hair down first as short as possible by placing comb flat on the skin and trim over comb with scissors, or with clippers using the shortest guard. The less hair you start out with means less use of your razor.
  4. Take a warm shower or bath. At least 5-10 minutes of the heat will soften skin and relax the hair follicle.
  5. Exfoliate. Rid dead skin cells and provide a closer shave by using a mild exfoliator or your favorite body wash with an Ayate washcloth (compare prices) on your pubic area.
  6. Dab on some shaving oil. Working as a barrier on your skin, the razor will glide easier instead of dragging and moisturize skin. It also helps prevent razor burn, general irritation and ingrown hairs.
  7. Apply shaving cream or gel. Make sure skin is damp but not overly wet. If you have a shaving brush, work the product with the brush in circles to help lift hair and get a closer shave.
  8. Shave. Using a fresh blade, first go in the same direction of hair growth and then in opposite direction while holding skin taut. Don't go over the same area too many times.
  9. Rinse. In between strokes, be sure to rinse blade. A clogged razor won’t work well.
  10. Cleanse. Rinse pubic area and pat dry with towel.
  11. Moisturize. Apply a light, preferably unscented lotion.
  12. Fight redness. Women shaving their pubic hair have a tendency for getting ingrown hairs. Flawless Ingrown Hair Serum (read review) can help with bumps, redness and ingrown hairs.

Tips:

  1. Keep all products on the outside of your body only. And avoid shaving during your period, as skin is more sensitive.
  2. If you are taking off most of your hair, a vaginal shield, the Va j-j Visor will offer you protection so you don't cut your inner vulva. Using a small mirror will also help you see better.
  3. Shaving while taking a shower, rather than a bath can make things easier because you can prop up legs on side of stall.
  4. If you're daring, you can create pubic hair designs at home.
  5. Shaving only takes hair even with the skin, waxing will keep hair away weeks at a time. You may want to consider a Brazilian wax.

What You Need:

  • Comb and scissors or clippers
  • New pivoting razor with multiple blades
  • Shaving cream or gel
  • Shaving oil
  • Shaving brush (optional)
  • Cortizone cream if pubic area starts getting itchy

MANICURE??

Sunday 8 May 2011

Millions of women visit manicurists to have their nails professionally manicured every year. Unfortunately, occasionally the result of having manicures is developing nail fungus or bacterial infections which can not only look bad, but may also feel even worse. Although HIV or AIDS can be transmitted through broken skin that occurs during a visit to a nail salon, this is extremely rare. What can you do to lower your risk of developing an infection or fungus, or HIV/AIDS, caused by a manicure? A few simple steps before your next manicure can significantly lower your risk of developing a painful nail infection or fungus, or disease.
  1. Buy your own manicure or pedicure kit and take it with you when you visit your manicurist. Make sure you clean and disinfect your manicure kit after each use, even if you are the only one using your kit.
  2. Bring your own nail polish, base coat, and top coats. Remove your old nail polish at home, or bring nail polish remover with you.
  3. Check out the salon where you have your nails done. Does it look clean and sanitary? Is the trash container properly bagged and covered? Is the floor clean? Are the manicure tables kept neat and tidy? Is there plenty of good light? Look at the disinfectant containers and make sure that they are clear, clean, and free of debris.
  4. If you are not using your own manicure kit: Are all instruments cleaned and disinfected after each use? Does the manicurist use fresh, clean instruments on each client? Does the manicurist remove the clean, disinfected, instruments from the disinfectant in front of you? Make sure all files, buffers, and anything else that touches you is freshly clean before you allow the manicurist to begin.
  5. Make sure the pedicure tub is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each client. The steps where clients typically step with bare feet at spa pedicures should be cleaned and disinfected before each client, as well.
  6. Make sure that the manicurists wash their hands before and after each client, and that clients wash before their nails are done.
  7. Never use a towel that is not fresh and clean.
  8. Make sure that plenty of clean, disinfected, nail brushes are available for each client.
  9. Make sure that a new, unused, emory board is used for each client.
  10. Consider using cuticle softener, rather than cuticle scissors to reduce the risk of broken skin occurring.
If these sanitary precautions are not being taken at your nail salon, don’t be afraid to tell the shop owner what needs to change and what you expect from a manicurist and nail salon. Contact your state cosmetology board if you develop a nail infection, fungus, or other condition as a result of visiting a nail salon, or if you see unsanitary practices.

1. Maintain a healthy body weight (BMI less than 25) throughout your life. Weight gain in midlife, independent of BMI, has been shown to significantly increase breast cancer risk. Additionally, and elevated BMI has been conclusively shown to increase the risk of post-menopausal breast cancer.
2. Minimize or avoid alcohol. Alcohol use is the most well established dietary risk factor for breast cancer. The Harvard Nurses' Health study, along with several others, has shown consuming more than one alcoholic beverage a day can increase breast cancer risk by as much as 20-25 percent.
3. Consume as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Eat seven or more servings daily. The superstars for breast cancer protection include all cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower) ; dark leafy greens (collards, kale, spinach) ; carrots and tomatoes. The superstar fruits include citrus, berries and cherries. Note: it is best to eat cruciferous vegetables raw or lightly cooked, as some of the phytochemicals believed to offer protection against breast cancer are destroyed by heat.
4. Exercise regularly the rest of your life. Many studies have shown that regular exercise provides powerful protection against breast cancer. Aim for 30 minutes or more of moderate aerobic activity (brisk walking) five or more days a week. Consistency and duration, not intensity, are key!
5. Do your fats right! The type of fat in your diet can affect your breast cancer risk. Minimize consumption of omega-6 fats (sunflower, safflower, corn and cottonseed oils), saturated fats and trans fats. Maximize your intake of omega-3 fats, especially from oily fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, lake trout and herring). Consume monounsaturated oils (canola, olive oil, nuts/seeds, avocados) as your primary fat source, as these foods have potential anticancer properties. Specifically, canola oil is a good source of omega-3 fats; extra virgin olive oil is a potent source of antioxidant polyphenols, including squalene; and nuts and seeds provide you with the cancer protective mineral, selenium.
6. Do your carbs right! Minimize consumption of the high glycemic index, "Great White Hazards" - white flour, white rice, white potatoes, sugar and products containing them. These foods trigger hormonal changes that promote cellular growth in breast tissue. Replace these "wrong" carbs with whole grains and beans/legumes. Beans/legumes because of their high fiber and lignan content are especially special.
7. Consume whole food soy products regularly, such as tofu, tempeh, edamame, roasted soy nuts, soy milk and miso. Only consume organic, non-GMO (genetically modified) soy. Epidemiologic studies have shown a positive association between soy consumption and reduced breast cancer risk.
8. Minimize exposure to pharmacologic estrogens and xeno-estrogens. Do not take prescription estrogens unless medically indicated. Lifetime exposure to estrogen plays a fundamental role in the development of breast cancer. Also avoid estrogen-like compounds found in environmental pollutants, such as pesticides and industrial chemicals. Buy organic produce if you can afford it; otherwise, thoroughly wash all non-organic produce. Minimize exposure to residual hormones found in non-organic dairy products, meat and poultry.
9. Take your supplements daily. A multivitamin, 500-1,000 mg of vitamin C in divided doses, 200-400 IUs of vitamin E as mixed tocopherols, and pharmaceutical grade fish oil. Also take 200 mcg of the mineral selenium or eat one to two Brazil nuts as an alternative. If you have a chronic medical condition or take prescription drugs, consult your physician first.
10. Maintain a positive mental outlook. Engage in self-nurturing behaviors regularly. Develop rich, warm and mutually beneficial relationships with family and friends. Get adequate sleep (7-8 hours per night). The mind-body associations with breast cancer are significant.
